Scott J. Budde is a Director of Equity Portfolio Analytics in CREF Investments - the division of TIAA-CREF responsible for managing the organization's equity funds. Mr. Budde joined CREF Investments in 1994 as an Associate Director and equity analyst covering financial services stocks and was promoted to his current position in April 2000.
Mr. Budde holds an A.B. in Economics from Bowdoin College and a Masters in International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University with concentrations in International Economics and East Central European Studies. Mr. Budde was a Fulbright Scholar in Hungary, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Oxford Academy, an alternative private school in Westbrook, Connecticut, where he is also the school's treasurer.
